A Comparison Review – 17 day Diet vs. Healthy Trim
The 17 Day Diet is based off of a book by Dr. Michael Moreno. Moreno theorizes that dieters often fail to achieve maximum weight gain because boredom prevents them from sticking to restrictive food regimens.
He designed the 17 Day Diet plan to alternate between different caloric intakes and allowed foods every 17 days to alleviate boredom. Moreno also claims the shift in calories “tricks” the body into metabolizing faster, leading to weight loss.
