A Complete Lemonade Diet Review
Also known as the Master Cleanse, the Lemonade Diet is a fasting and detoxification problem that has been around for over 50 years. Developed in the 1940s by Stanley Burroughs as a cure to stomach ulcer, he introduced it as a weight loss aid in his 1976 book, “The Master Cleanse.” The diet enjoyed renewed popularity when it became the basis for Peter Glickman’s 2004 book “Lose Weight, Have Energy & Be Happier in 10 Days,” and was recently brought back into the limelight by Beyonce’s crediting her 20-pound weight loss for Dreamgirls to it. With several other celebrities claiming to have lost significant weight doing the Lemonade Diet, it continues to be very popular with dieters.
