Osteo Support contains everything you need to help support normal bone health, including 1200 mg of calcium, 200 IU of Vitamin D, and 200 mg of Ostivone.
Ostivone is a relatively new raw ingredient that has been shown to increase the effectiveness of calcium supplements.
Osteo Support also contains Soylife, which provides standardized levels of isoflavones.
